Job summary

About the role We are seeking a QC Supervisor to join our team at PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia, a leading manufacturer in the food production industry. In this full-time, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes and ensuring the consistently high standards of our products at our facility in Majalengka, West Java.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures.

Conducting regular quality audits and inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.

Identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Collaborating with production, engineering, and R&D teams to continuously improve quality standards.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, health, and safety regulations.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology / Chemical Engineering / Biology Engineering / Nutrition, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality control role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading a quality control team.

Experienced in handling the wafer/biscuit/snack product.

Willing to be placed in Nabati Plant, Majalengka, West Java.
