Job summary

PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia seeks a QC Supervisor to oversee quality control processes at our Nabati Plant in Majalengka, West Java. You will lead a team to ensure wafer, biscuit and snack products meet high quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology Engineering or Nutrition, plus at least 2 years in QC leadership within food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 2 years in a quality control role in food manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading a QC team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of raw materials, processes and finished goods.
• Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and R&D to improve quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety regulations.
