Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a QC Inspector to perform in-process inspections, run tests, and monitor CCPs to ensure product quality. You will document deviations, support investigation efforts, and collaborate with production to uphold GMP and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) in a related field and 1–3 years in QC within food processing or feed manufacturing, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as a QC Inspector in food processing or feed manufacturing.
• GMP and food safety standards knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and QC documents.
• Detail-oriented with strong observation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular in-process inspections of raw materials, semi-finished products, and production lines according to QC procedures and sampling plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform regular in-process inspections of raw materials, semi-finished products, and production lines according to established quality control procedures and sampling plans.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory tests on samples to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational parameters during production to ensure process stability and product integrity.
• Identify and document non-conforming products or processes, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality control activities.
• Assist in the investigation of quality deviations, customer complaints, and production issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications
