Job summary

JAPFA is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to uphold strict quality controls across Process-3 stages. You will inspect in-process products, monitor critical control points, and collect samples for analyses to support CAPA initiatives.

The role requires 1-2 years in quality control in food processing or feed manufacturing, familiarity with GMP/HACCP, and the ability to work shifts. You will contribute to audits and ensure safety and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years in quality control or assurance in food processing or feed manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and support CAPA for identified quality deviations.
• Assist in investigating root causes of quality issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Verify the calibration status of inspection equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
