Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a COORDINATOR SH NGANJUK to oversee safety, health, and environmental programs in our Nganjuk facility. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, train staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role requires coordinating SH committees, maintaining permits, and driving continuous improvement to cultivate a strong safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a SH role, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
• Certified in AK3 Umum, K3 or equivalent regulations.
• Strong risk assessment and incident investigation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor SH programs and procedures aligned with standards and local laws.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits; implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Deliver SH training to employees at all levels, including onboarding and refreshers.
• Ensure SH permits and licenses are maintained and regularly reported.

Job Responsibilities:\\*\\* \\* Develop, implement, and monitor SH programs, policies, and procedures in line with PT Japfa Food Indonesia's standards and local regulations. \\* Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. \\* Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and developing preventative measures. \\* Provide SH training to employees at all levels, including new hire orientation and ongoing refresher courses. \\* Ensure the facility maintains all necessary SH permits and licenses. \\* Prepare and submit regular SH reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. \\* Lead and participate in SH committees and initiatives to foster a strong safety culture. \\* Manage the procurement and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety-related equipment. \\* Liaise with external regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all environmental protection standards. \\* Champion continuous improvement in SH performance across the Nganjuk facility.
