Job summary

ID90 PT Japfa Food Indonesia seeks a dedicated SH Coordinator to oversee safety, health, and environmental programs at the Nganjuk facility. You will ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while leading cross-functional teams to implement robust SH initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing and monitoring SH programs, conducting risk assessments and audits, training staff, managing permits, and reporting KPIs to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in SH role, preferably in manufacturing/food processing.
• Certified in AK3 Umum or K3 regulations.
• Strong risk assessment and incident investigation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to be based in Nganjuk, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor SH programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root causes, and develop preventative measures.
• Provide SH training to employees at all levels, including new hire orientation.
• Ensure SH permits and licenses are maintained.
• Prepare and submit regular SH reports to management with KPIs and improvements.
• Lead and participate in SH committees to foster a safety culture.
• Manage procurement and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
• Champion continuous SH performance improvements at the Nganjuk facility.
