Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources seeks a QA/ QC Analyst to support laboratory operations at our Jakarta-based facilities. You will ensure confidentiality, perform sampling and material verifications, and assist surveyors during shore tank sampling.

The role requires maintaining equipment cleanliness and accurate data entry into LIMS, Excel, and logbooks. You will implement quality management systems including FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP+, ISCC, RSPO, and ISO 17025:2017, while adhering to safety and halal

Qualifications

• Good documentation and data entry skills in forms, logs, and LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and neutrality in all tasks.
• Perform sampling and verify raw materials and production inputs per QA plans.
• Assist surveyors during shore tank sampling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of laboratory equipment.
• Escalate any nonconformities with tools or chemicals to supervisor.
• Verify incoming chemicals for the laboratory as assigned by QA Officer.
• Monitor environmental conditions of analysis and analytical equipment.
• Record analysis data in forms, logs, Excel, and LIMS accurately.
• Follow QA-approved quality assurance programs for test results.
• Prevent workplace accidents and environmental contamination.
• Implement quality and safety systems (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP+, ISCC, RSPO, HVO, Halal, ISO 17025:2017).
• Operate LK3 SMART D_Safe (SMK3, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18000).

Job description

1. Menjaga kerahasiaan dan ketidakberpihakan
2. Melakukan sampling atau menerima sampel, serta melakukan analisa untuk penerimaan raw material darat dan laut, produksi (KCP, Refinery, Fractionation), storage, dispatch produk, dan utility sesuai dengan WI dan Quality Plan
3. Mendampingi surveyor dalam pengambilan sample shore tank
4. Bertanggung jawab dalam memelihara dan menjaga seluruh peralatan kerja (equipment) dan kebersihan di lokasi laboratorium
5. Memberikan informasi kepada atasan bilamana ada ketidaksesuaian terhadap alat dan bahan kimia
6. Melakukan verifikasi bahan kimia yang masuk ke laboratorium (khusus untuk QC Analyst yang ditunjuk oleh QA Officer)
7. Melakukan pengecekan kondisi lingkungan analisa dan peralatan analisa
8. Melakukan penginputan data analisa di form/logsheet/logbook, excel, dan LIMS dengan benar
9. Mengikuti program jaminan mutu pengujian hasil yang telah ditetapkan oleh tim QA
10. Mencegah kejadian yang mengakibatkan kecelakaan kerja dan pencemaran lingkungan
11. Mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen mutu dan keamanan pangan (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001), keamanan pakan (GMP+ Feed Safety Assurance Scheme), sustainable system (e.g. ISCC, RSPO, HVO), Sistem Jaminan Halal, dan sistem manajemen mutu laboratorium (ISO 17025:2017)
12. Menjalankan sistem LK3 SMART D_Safe (SMK3 (Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja), ISO 14001 : 2015, OHSAS 18000)
