Job summary

PT Asia Medika Nusantara in Jakarta seeks a Lab Analyst to perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products, ensuring compliance with cGMP/GLP standards and company policies. The role requires 0–2 years in a pharma setting, familiarity with analytical instruments, and good analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Education background from Chemical Analyst High School or Diploma.
• Preferably 1–2 years as Lab Analyst in multinational company; Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Capable in QC technical, analytical method and understand cGMP & GLP.
• Familiar with analytical instruments.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• General knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Understand English (passive).

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing using approved methods to ensure materials, in-process and finished products meet quality standards.
• Conduct qualification and requalification (protocols and reports) of chemical laboratory equipment.
• Perform calibration of laboratory equipment according to schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to keep assets in good working condition.
• Drive cost-efficiency in analytical activities while adhering to budgets and guidelines.
• Implement QEHS procedures within assigned responsibilities.
• Perform tasks as directed by superiors.

Job description

Perform analytical testing using approved methods to ensure that raw materials, in-process products, finished products, and finished product stability comply with established quality standards and are in accordance with cGMP, GLP, and company policies.

Conduct analytical testing in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and analytical methods to ensure timely and accurate results.

Execute qualification and requalification (protocols and reports) of chemical laboratory equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.

Perform calibration of chemical laboratory equipment in accordance with established schedules to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.

Perform maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure all assets are in proper working condition and capable of producing reliable analytical results.

Drive cost-efficiency in all analytical activities to support expense optimization, ensuring departmental costs remain within budget and comply with applicable guidelines.

Implementing QEHS procedures within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

Able to perform tasks assigned by superiors properly and correctly.
