Job summary

PT. Handa Perkasa Alchimindo is seeking a laboratory Analyst to conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods in line with company standards. You will prepare sample trials, color matching, and formulation tests, record results accurately, and report findings to QC, production, and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and chemical testing (pH, viscosity, solid content, color shade, fastness)
• Prepare and carry out sample trials, color matching, and formulation tests
• Accurately record, document, and report laboratory test results
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety (HSE/K3) in the laboratory area
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on laboratory equipment (balances, stirrers, ovens, color measurement tools, etc.)
• Support Quality Control (QC) activities to ensure products meet specifications
• Coordinate with production, sales, and R&D teams regarding analysis results and trial outcomes
• Handle and store chemical materials in compliance with MSDS and company procedures
• Perform other laboratory-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job description

Conduct laboratory analysis on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods in accordance with company standards. Perform physical and chemical testing including pH, viscosity, solid content, color shade, and fastness depending on product type.

Operate and perform basic maintenance on laboratory equipment (balances, stirrers, ovens, color measurement tools, etc.)

Support Quality Control (QC) activities to ensure products meet specifications

Coordinate with production, sales, and R&D teams regarding analysis results and trial outcomes
