Job summary

PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara is seeking a skilled QA/QE Supervisor to lead quality assurance and new product development in Purwakarta, West Java. You will oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections and manage core tools implementation.

You will drive continuous improvement projects, collaborate with production and engineering, and mentor teams while upholding IATF 16949:2016 standards. The role offers training opportunities and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a QA/QC/QE Supervisor or QE in automotive/manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems and IATF 16949:2016.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint (intermediate) for reporting.
• Strong leadership with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams.
• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QE Supervisor / New Product Development to join our team at PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara' in Purwakarta, West Java.

What you’ll be doing

Quality Assurance (QA) Scope

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality.

Maintain quality documentation, control plans, and inspection reports.

Handle customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Manage the application of Core Tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.

Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
