Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and enforce safe working environment and hygiene procedures.
• Ensure semi-finished and finished goods meet quality standards and manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain NGMP-compliant housekeeping and installations across work areas.
• Manage production via operational reviews and standard routines for sustainable results.
• Organize and delegate tasks, assess team performance and engage stakeholders on the line.
