Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in CS/IT, 3+ years in QA, proficiency in Agile, Selenium, and CI, plus strong English communication. Leadership capabilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and test planning.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience leading QA teams and communicating with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports for multiple projects.
• Perform testing and validate user requirements during testing.
• Lead a team of developers and coordinate with the Project Manager throughout the SDLC.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
