Job summary

Indivara Group is seeking a hands-on Quality Lead to drive test strategy, automation, and evidence-based judgment across core enterprise platforms. Reporting to the CTO, you will work with Product, engineers and business experts, authoring test evidence and ensuring independent review of QA artifacts.

This role requires 5+ years in quality-engineering or software testing, strong API testing, CI/CD ownership, and clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of quality-engineering, test-automation or software-engineering experience.
• Design tests from written specs, including ambiguous, negative, authorization and failure cases.
• Own automated regression in CI/CD and can read code and specs together.
• Hands-on ability to test APIs, data integrity and integration workflows.
• Investigate failures and produce reproducible defect reports.
• Clear written and spoken communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Practical AI proficiency with source verification and documented methodology.
• Judgment to protect quality, security and reconciliation checks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy, planning and environments for assigned scope.
• Map requirements to test cases and evidence.
• Design various test cases and maintain traceability.
• Build and improve automated suites and replay tools.
• Direct test execution and maintain run records.
• Coordinate defect triage and verify fixes.
• Explain defects and coverage to technical and business readers.
• Improve repeatable quality practices and tooling.
