Job summary
PT LG Innotek Indonesia, a Korea-origin LG Group component maker, is seeking a QA Staff to join our electronics and automotive manufacturing team.
The role requires at least 3 years QA experience, English fluency with reports in English, and familiarity with IATF core tools and PDCA/DMAIC/8D/QC7. Responsibilities include handling customer and supplier documentation, auditing, and maintaining quality records; a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as QA Staff or QA Supervisor in electronics/auto manufacturing.
- Fluent in English; TOEIC/TOEFL certificate beneficial.
- TOEFL min 540 or TOEIC Speaking min 140.
- Over 3 years experience with PDCA/DMAIC/8D/QC7 tools.
- Understanding of IATF Core Tools.
- Reports written in English; goal-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office; audit and customer complaint handling.
- Optional: VDA/IATF certificate; auditing experience.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service interactions and documentation.
- Handle supplier communications and related records.
- Ensure all customer document requests are fulfilled accurately.
