Job summary

LG Innotek Indonesia is seeking an SMT Engineer (Staff to Mid level) to lead production of SMT products for automotive components in Cikarang, West Java. You will resolve line issues, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with engineering teams.

A Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechatronics and 3+ years in SMT or related fields are required. English proficiency and willingness to be placed in Bekasi area are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years as SMT Engineer or in SMT manufacturing
• Understand various electronics parts and machines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, PLC programming tools, and simulation software
• Statistical Analysis and Process Management experience
• Familiar with IATF and Minitab; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• English speaking/writing preferred (TOEFL 500 / TOEIC Speaking 130)
• Staff to Middle level grade
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java
• Domiciled near Bekasi or Jakarta
• Nice-to-have: VDA 6.3 Auditor cert; experience with automotive customers; IPC-7711 familiarity; Korean language skills

Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field

Have a minimum of 3 years work experience as a SMT Engineer or in an SMT manufacturing company

Understand several manufacture electronics part / Machine

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Proficiency in using electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, PLC programming tools, and simulation software

Have Statistical Analysis and Process Management Experience

Familiarity with tools such as IATF and Minitab and etc.

Proficient in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)

Preferably able to speak and write English (minimum TOEFL 500 / TOEIC Speaking 130)

For Staff or Middle level grade

Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi, West Java)

Domiciled in the area around the City / District. Bekasi or Jakarta.

It is preferred if you have additional criteria as follows:

VDA 6.3 Certification: If possess certification as an Internal Auditor or External Auditor

Experienced in handling customers, especially Automotive customer

Work Experience in Process Automotive-Repair: Familiarity with standards like IPC-7711, etc.

More preferable if able to speak Korean Language.
