Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia is seeking a qualified SQE/Material Quality professional to ensure supplier quality and incoming QC for EMS/PCBA manufacturing in Batam. The role requires 3+ years in SQE and a background in electronics components, SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly, and familiarity with ISO standards.

You should be proficient with 7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, RCA, CAPA, and Excel, with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Mandarin or English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SQE/Material Quality in EMS/PCBA electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly, electronic components, and incoming material QC.
• Proficient in 7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Experienced in supplier quality management, supplier audits, and quality improvement.
• Able to analyze supplier quality issues and drive corrective actions independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of Mandarin or English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in FLEX, Jabil, PEGATRON, or other major EMS companies will be an advantage.
