PT Korindo Konstruksi is seeking a QA/QC MEP (Mechanical) professional for the Fairfield Hotel Merauke Project in Papua. You will monitor and control the quality of HVAC, piping and related systems, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, method statements and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years in QA/QC MEP on building projects; hotel or high-rise experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years QA/QC MEP Mechanical in building/construction.
• Hotel or high-rise project experience preferred.
• Able to read MEP drawings and understand technical specifications.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control the quality of MEP Mechanical works according to drawings, specs, method statements and standards.
• Inspect HVAC, ducting, piping, plumbing, ventilation, pumps and other mechanical installations.
• Prepare and manage IR, ITP, checklists, inspection reports and QA/QC documents.
• Conduct material inspections and monitor installation works.
• Coordinate inspection and testing with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Identify NCRs and corrective actions.
• Witness testing and commissioning and ensure documentation for handover.
