Job summary

PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa - MEP Contractor is seeking a QC Engineer MEP to lead quality control on site. You will prepare the PQP, develop ITPs and method statements, and maintain inspection records.

You will ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety standards while coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering with at least 4 years in MEP QC roles, and are proficient in QC documentation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in MEP Contractor as QC Engineer MEP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Project Quality Plan (PQP) for MEP.
• Prepare & maintain inspection/test records, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Checklists, and Method Statements.
• Maintain daily QC reports & updates in ACC platform.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, BOQ & approved makes.
• Coordinate with consultants, and site teams for quality delivery.

Prepare & maintain inspection/test records, NCRs, and corrective actions

Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Checklists, and Method Statements.

Maintain daily QC reports & updates in ACC platform

Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, BOQ & approved makes

Coordinate with consultants, and site teams for quality delivery

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

At least 4 years of working experience in MEP Contractor as QC Engineer MEP

Proficient in technical standards: ASME, ASTM, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, SNI, ISO 9001.

Skilled in QC documentation: PQP, ITP, WMS, Checklist, RFI, NCR.

Additional certifications ( Welding Inspector, NDT, K3 Listrik, etc.) are preferred.

Strong communication & coordination skills with multi-discipline teams.
