Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a QA/QC professional to support the EPC department in preparing and implementing QA/QC practices, documents, and deliverables management to ensure compliance with the company quality policy and the Quality Management System.

The role focuses on executing QA/QC guidelines, maintaining effective relationships across teams, producing timely reports, and sustaining SHE programs to meet ISO 91 standards and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year QA/QC construction experience
• Experience in oil, gas, marine, or plant operation sectors
• Knowledge of Quality Management System, ISO 91
• Familiar with QA/QC tools (TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard)
• Document Management System understanding
• Team orientation and ability to organize people
• Fluent in English is an advantage

Job description

Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPC department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 1 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation
• preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
• Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 91 and implementation
• Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
• Thorough understanding for Document Management System
• Team workers and organizing people
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
