Job summary

Lautanairindonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead the QMS implementation and drive CAPA and change control across materials, processes, and documentation. You will manage audits, deviations, and corrective actions while coordinating with QC, Production, Product Development, Procurement, and HES to uphold high quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing or chemical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
• At least 3 years in Quality Assurance in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 14001/45001 a plus.
• Experience in Change Control, CAPA, Traceability, and Non-Conformance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities; good communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Manage the Change Control process for changes related to raw materials, processes, specifications, methods, and documentation. Lead CAPA, including root cause investigations and effectiveness verification.
• Handle process deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformance cases, ensuring timely resolution and preventive actions.
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Collaborate with QC, Production, Product Development, Procurement, and HES to maintain and continuously improve quality standards.
