Job summary

Lautan Air Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to oversee QMS implementation in line with company standards and regulations. You will manage change control, CAPA, root cause investigations, and ensure effectiveness verification across processes and materials.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, close audit findings timely, and collaborate with QC, Production, Product Development, Procurement, and HES to continuously improve quality performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Experience in Change Control, CAPA, Traceability System, and Non-Conformance Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Manage the Change Control process for changes related to raw materials, processes, specifications, methods, and documentation. Lead CAPA, including root cause investigations and effectiveness verification.
• Handle process deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformance cases, ensuring timely resolution and preventive actions.
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Collaborate with QC, Production, Product Development, Procurement, and HES to maintain and continuously improve quality standards.
