Job summary

PT SIAGA ABDI UTAMA is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Manual Tester to join our software team. You will design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications, ensuring quality across releases.

Responsibilities include creating test scenarios, performing functional, regression, UAT, and deployment testing, reporting defects, and collaborating with BAs, developers, and product teams to improve product quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manual Tester for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of Quality Assurance in software development.
• Ability to understand and analyze business and system requirements.
• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, regression testing, UAT, deployment testing, and pilot testing.
• Able to produce clear, detailed, and structured bug reports.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiar with SQL/MySQL and capable of performing database validation and data verification.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptable to new technologies, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements to develop effective testing strategies.
• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Deployment Testing, and Pilot Testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Teams to ensure product quality.
• Validate application functionality, usability, and performance from an end-user perspective.
• Support release activities and post-deployment verification.
