Job summary

A data-driven mindset and strong Excel capabilities are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least a D3/S1 in a related field, solid understanding of QA concepts, and the ability to create clear reports and dashboards to support continuous improvement

• Ability to analyze data using quality tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs such as Defect Rate, FPY, PPM, and Reject Rate.
• Conduct quality control and quality assurance monitoring in production processes.
• Analyze production data using Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, and Trend Analysis.
• Process and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data presentation.
• Create reports and dashboards for monitoring quality performance.
• Manage databases and perform structured and accurate data documentation.
• Coordinate with teams to support continuous improvement programs.

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• Basic understanding of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and quality control processes
• Understanding of quality tools concepts and usage such as Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, and Trend Analysis
• Ability to process and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including basic functions, Pivot Tables, and data presentation
• Ability to monitor and analyze quality KPIs such as Defect Rate, FPY, PPM, and Reject Rate
• Ability to create reports and dashboards for monitoring quality performance
• Strong analytical capability, meticulousness, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage databases and perform structured and accurate data documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work individually and in teams
• Interest in continuous improvement and quality enhancement programs such as Kaizen or QCC
