Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a Software QA Lead to drive product quality across Go backend and Next.js/TypeScript frontend. You will build and mentor a high-performance QA team and implement a modern test automation strategy.

You will define QA strategy, lead engineers (manual + automation), set gates and coverage, and collaborate with development and product teams. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Cypress, and Playwright is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong frontend and API test automation experience.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Cypress/Playwright, and Go APIs.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define overall QA strategy, including automation, regression, and release testing.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers (manual + automation).
• Set up quality gates, test coverage thresholds, and risk-based test planning.
• Collaborate with devs and product to ensure all features are testable and high quality.
• Oversee CI/CD testing pipelines via GitHub Actions.
