Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a Software QA Lead to drive product quality across our Go backend and Next.js/React.js frontend. You will build and mentor a high-performance QA team while shaping a modern test automation strategy.

You will define QA strategy, lead automation and regression testing, set quality gates, and oversee CI/CD testing pipelines via GitHub Actions, collaborating with devs and product to ship reliable features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA roles with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with frontend and API test automation.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Cypress/Playwright, and Go APIs.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define overall QA strategy, including automation, regression, and release testing.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers (manual + automation).
• Set up quality gates, test coverage thresholds, and risk-based test planning.
• Collaborate with devs and product to ensure all features are testable and high quality.
• Oversee CI / CD testing pipelines via GitHub Actions.
