Job summary

Dealls is seeking a Software QA Lead to drive product quality across Go backend and Next.js/React frontend. You will build and mentor a high-performance QA team while shaping a modern test automation strategy that integrates with our CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA with leadership experience, strong frontend and API test automation skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with product and development teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA roles with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with frontend and API test automation.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Cypress/Playwright, and Go APIs.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
