PT Bangdja Multi Niaga is seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to manage overseas purchasing of goods and raw materials. You will coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and customs to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

You will verify import documents (PIB, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List) and monitor shipments from origin to the company warehouse. English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, management, engineering, business admin or English/ Mandarin literature.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• English proficiency; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Understanding of import regulations, customs and international logistics.
• Proficient in procurement processes, vendor negotiation and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems or advanced Excel.

This role involves managing the procurement process for goods and raw materials from abroad, coordinating with suppliers, forwarders, and customs authorities, and ensuring all import documentation is complete and accurate.

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or English/Mandarin Literature

1 to 3 years of experience in the same position or in freight forwarding / supply chain

Active in English (spoken and written); Mandarin language ability is a significant added value

Understanding of import regulations, customs, and international logistics routes

Proficient in Procurement processes, vendor negotiation, and Inventory Control

Experienced in operating ERP systems or Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
