Job summary

PT. OKI Pulp & Paper Mills is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee daily pulp mill dryer operations, aiming to meet production and quality targets.

You will lead and develop an operators' team and shifts while ensuring strict safety, health, environmental, and quality compliance. You will monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, coordinate maintenance, and drive continuous improvements on site in South Sumatra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pulp manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of pulp mill processes and production systems.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pulp mill (dryer) operations to achieve production and quality targets.
• Lead, guide, and develop a team of operators and shift personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
