Job summary

PT. OKI Pulp & Paper Mills in Indonesia seeks a seasoned Process Optimization Supervisor to enhance fiberline performance across cooking, brownstock washing, screening and bleaching, to maximize pulp quality and cleanliness.

You will lead technology management on key equipment (Valmet TwinRoll presses, Andritz COMPACT PRESS), drive sustainability by reducing water and chemical use, oversee troubleshooting, and coordinate laboratory tests with L&W fiber testers to monitor pulp properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fiberline pulp Industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory / Specialist role.
• Strong understanding of pulp mill processes and production systems.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and be on standby if required.

Responsibilities

Job description

Laboratory & Quality Analysis: Using specialized tools (L&W fiber testers or fiberline analyzers) to analyze pulp properties

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in fiberline pulp Industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory / Specialist role.
