Job summary

Seven Retail in Jakarta is seeking a Public Speaking Teacher Trainer to elevate the quality of our Public Speaking teachers. You will design and deliver training, observe classrooms, and provide coaching to help teachers improve their practice.

You will collaborate with the Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor to identify development needs, create learning materials, and support curriculum updates, ensuring high standards across all centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Proficient in English at C1 level, with proven exam scores.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience teaching English and training teachers is preferred.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting classroom observations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Public Speaking teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Develop training modules and learning materials.
• Support curriculum updates and teaching standards implementation.
• Track training impact and coach teachers for improvement.
