Job summary

Impi Hotels is seeking diligent Daily Worker housekeeping staff to help prepare a Bali-based property for pre-opening. You will clean and sanitize public areas, stock restroom supplies, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met as the team scales up operations.

The role requires physical fitness, a disciplined attitude, and the ability to follow supervisors' instructions. Prior hotel housekeeping experience and SMK or Diploma in Hospitality are preferred, with applicants ideally based

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
• 1–2 years in the same hotel housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and chemical handling.
• Physically fit for pre-opening activities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and lounge.
• Inspect and replenish restroom supplies such as soap, tissues, and paper towels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Assist other housekeeping team members during peak times or special events.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position at a star-rated hotel (pre-opening experience is an advantage).
• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma graduate in Hospitality/Tourism.
• Strong knowledge of star-rated hotel cleanliness standards, the use of chemicals, and housekeeping setup operations.
• Detail-oriented and in excellent physical condition for the hotel's pre-opening preparation phase.
• Based in Bali (preferably in the Badung/Denpasar area).
