Job summary

impi Management in Bali is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to keep public areas spotless and well-supplied during pre-opening and ongoing operations.

You will clean and sanitize lobbies, restrooms, and lounges; inspect supplies; follow safety standards, and support the team during peak times. Based in Bali, a SMK or Diploma in Hospitality is required, with 1–2 years’ hotel experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the same position at a star-rated hotel (pre-opening experience is an advantage)
• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
• Strong knowledge of star-rated hotel cleanliness standards, the use of chemicals, and housekeeping setup operations
• Detail-oriented and in excellent physical condition for the hotel's pre-opening preparation phase

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and lounge.
• Inspect and replenish restroom supplies such as soap, tissues, and paper towels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Assist other housekeeping team members during peak times or special events.
• Adhere to hotel policies and health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
