Job summary

Dimora Bali is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and readiness of all public and common areas within the villa property, while supporting guest services with safe buggy transportation and parking assistance. The role involves driving guests and their luggage, coordinating with Front Office, and ensuring maintenance issues are reported promptly.

Responsibilities include safe buggy operation, professional guest service, and adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.

• Operate the villa buggy safely to provide guest pick-up and drop-off within the property or designated areas.
• Drive and assist in parking guest vehicles safely when required.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide friendly, professional service during buggy transportation.
• Coordinate with Front Office teams regarding guest transportation needs.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged facilities to the Operational Manager or relevant department.
• Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures and service standards.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by Management.

Dimora Bali looking for a candidate for Public Area Attendant maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, comfort, and readiness of all public and common areas within the villa property, while supporting guest services through safe, courteous, and professional buggy transportation and vehicle parking assistance. The position is responsible for safely operating the villa buggy for guest pick-up and drop-off and driving guest vehicles when required to assist with parking and vehicle arrangement. This role helps ensure that public areas, guest transportation, and parking services are well-managed and consistently meet the Company’s operational and service standards. Perform general cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including walkways, entrance areas, parking areas, and other designated areas.

Operate the villa buggy safely to provide guest pick-up and drop-off services within the property or designated areas.

Drive and assist in parking guest vehicles safely when required.

Ensure guest vehicles are handled carefully and parked in the designated areas.

Assist guests with luggage and provide friendly, professional service during buggy transportation.

Ensure the buggy is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times.

Coordinate with Front Office teams regarding guest transportation needs.

Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged facilities to the Operational Manager or relevant department.

Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and service standards.

Support other operational duties as assigned by Management.
