About the role

Ametis Villa Bali is seeking a DW Public Area Attendant to join our housekeeping team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Badung, Bali, and is fundamental to maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards that our guests expect. As a DW Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for the daily cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of all public areas throughout the villa, ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. This role is integral to the overall guest experience and the reputation of Ametis Villa Bali.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitising all public areas including lobbies, corridors, communal bathrooms, dining areas and recreational spaces daily
• Emptying waste bins and recycling containers regularly and ensuring waste is disposed of appropriately
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing floors to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Dusting and cleaning furniture, fixtures and fittings in public spaces
• Maintaining bathroom facilities including cleaning toilets, sinks, showers and mirrors to immaculate standards
• Restocking supplies such as towels, toilet paper, soap and hand sanitiser in public bathrooms
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or safety hazards to management immediately
• Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols and using cleaning products responsibly
• Working efficiently to complete tasks within allocated time frames
• Responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanour at all times

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a housekeeping attendant or in a similar cleaning role within a hospitality establishment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Familiarity with various cleaning equipment, tools and sanitising products
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations relevant to housekeeping
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisory staff
• Previous experience in a luxury villa or resort environment is advantageous
