The candidate should have extensive civil engineering credentials and proven negotiation abilities, with readiness to be based at the head office in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Understand tender documents to grasp scope of work for projects.
• Analyze unit prices and prepare complete tender documents.
• Maintain structured archive of unit price offers from subs/suppliers.
• Review and analyze volume data from the take-off team.
• Participate in pre-tender meetings and negotiations.
• Clarify quotation details with subs/suppliers to ensure compliance.
• Create material specification lists.

Proposal Manager (Construction)

JJob Description:

1. Understand tender documents (specifications, drawings, and BoQ) to fully grasp the scope of work for industrial projects.
2. Analyze the unit price of work.
3. Prepare complete and compliant tender documents required for the bidding process.
4. Maintain a structured archive of unit price offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
5. Review and analyze volume data calculated by the take-off team.
6. Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing (pre-bid meetings), clarification meetings, and negotiations.
7. Clarify quotation details with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure full compliance with tender requirements.
8. Create comprehensive material specification tables/lists.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in preparing RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) for high-rise buildings, industrial projects, and power plants.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 10–15 years of working experience as a Cost Control or Estimator in a construction company or consultancy.
• Willing to be based at the Head Office in Bintaro, South Jakarta.
