Job summary

PT Parama Agung Karya in Jakarta seeks a Manager Estimator for Civil Construction to lead quantity surveying and tender calculations for high-rise projects. The role requires a civil engineering background with extensive estimation/QS experience and strong AutoCAD/SketchUp skills.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in estimation, proficiency in cost planning, tender documentation, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors. SKT/SKA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; QS/Estimator experience required.
• 10+ years in estimation or QS for civil/high-rise projects.
• Experience in preparing cost estimates (RAB) for tenders.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
• Identify costs and manage the budget from start to finish.
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams (Contractor, Consultant, Vendor).
• Study Tender Documents and conduct site surveys to resolve discrepancies.
