Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Property Management, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality operations, facilities management, or building management.
• Experience supervising housekeeping or on-ground operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness standards.
• Monitor maintenance activities and conduct regular property inspections.
• Supervise housekeeping and on-site teams, manage scheduling and performance.
• Track operational metrics and report risks; collaborate with maintenance and tenant relations.
