Job summary

Blibli's Property team is expanding its physical footprint, delivering projects from retail stores to warehouses with disciplined execution. The Project Operations Officer will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating contractors, tracking timelines, and supervising on site to ensure designs are implemented safely and within budget.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report progress with dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Project Management certifications are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction management, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and dashboards to management.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely execution, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain project governance, documentation standards, and reporting frameworks to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Analyze project performance and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, procurement coordination, and resource allocation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and project analytics.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Good understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and project documentation control.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and experience in property, industrial estate, warehouse, infrastructure, or construction projects is highly preferred.
