Mamikos in Yogyakarta is seeking a driven sales and leads specialist to grow our property leads pipeline. You will search for leads data, input new properties into our database, and reach out to property owners by phone to establish relationships and introduce our offerings.

You will plan meetings between owners and the business development team, prepare supporting materials, and provide routine reporting to standards. This role emphasizes proactive outreach and data hygiene.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales oriented with willingness to canvass and engage prospects.

Responsibilities

• Searching for leads data (new properties) and identifying potential properties through internal data sources or offline canvassing.
• Inputing leads data (new properties) and storing data in the database system based on standards.
• Contacting potential owners through phone calls to build relationships, introduce products, and developing initial relations.
• Planning and scheduling meetings between owners and business development, and preparing supporting materials for the meetings.
• Providing reporting according to standards
