Job summary

Mamikos in Yogyakarta is seeking a driven sales and leads specialist to grow our property leads pipeline. You will search for leads data, input new properties into our database, and reach out to property owners by phone to establish relationships and introduce our offerings.

You will plan meetings between owners and the business development team, prepare supporting materials, and provide routine reporting to standards. This role emphasizes proactive outreach and data hygiene.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
