Job summary

888 Design & Build is expanding into Bali villa development and seeks a commercially minded specialist to package concepts for buyers and investors, and to market projects beyond social media. The role combines property development support, investor outreach, buyer enquiries, project marketing and digital content, reporting to the Director and owning the commercial pipeline for selected villa projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property, real estate, development, hospitality investment, luxury sales or a related commercial role.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING SPECIALIST

888 Design & Build is expanding into selected villa development opportunities in Bali. We are creating distinctive off-plan villa concepts and are looking for a commercially minded person to help package, position and market these projects to qualified buyers and investors.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands property, investment, sales and marketing. The successful candidate will work directly with the Director and take ownership of the commercial pipeline for selected villa projects.

This is not a purely social‑media role. The position combines property development support, investor outreach, buyer enquiries, project marketing and digital content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Development & Investor Packaging

• Help package villa concepts into professional buyer and investor presentations.
• Coordinate information for financial models, budgets, development costs and projected returns.
• Assist with preparing investor teasers, pitch decks, project summaries and feasibility materials.
• Help identify suitable buyers, investors and strategic partners.
• Arrange and attend investor and buyer meetings.
• Maintain a clear record of enquiries, follow‑ups and commercial opportunities.

Land & Development Support

• Assist with identifying suitable land opportunities in Bali.
• Build relationships with land agents, property consultants and local contacts.
• Collect initial information about land size, location, access, zoning and lease terms.
• Coordinate preliminary land information with the Director, legal advisers, architects and QS team.
• Help compare land opportunities against the project brief and financial requirements.
• Prepare clear summaries of potential land opportunities for review.
• Develop and manage marketing plans for selected villa projects.
• Manage enquiries from potential buyers and investors.
• Build relationships with suitable Bali property agents and international sales partners.
• Prepare property listings, brochures, website content and project updates.
• Track leads from first enquiry through to meeting, reservation or investment discussion.
• Help create a professional and trustworthy sales process for off‑plan buyers.
• Follow up enquiries consistently and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Manage the social‑media strategy for 888 Design & Build and selected villa projects.
• Prepare and maintain a weekly content calendar.
• Create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Write captions and project updates in professional English.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers and marketing agencies when specialist work is required.
• Monitor social‑media enquiries and direct serious leads into the CRM.
• Track basic performance data and report which content is generating genuine interest.
• Help maintain a consistent and professional online image for 888 Design & Build.

You should be commercially confident, well presented and capable of speaking with both property buyers and serious investors.

You should be able to take a villa concept and explain:

• What the product is
• Who it is for
• Why it is different
• What the investment opportunity may be
• What information is still subject to land, permits and feasibility

REPORTING & AUTHORITY

The position reports directly to the Director of 888 Design & Build.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing information, developing opportunities and coordinating enquiries, but will not have authority to:

• Commit 888 to commercial terms
• Approve land purchases
• Make legal or financial representations without written approval

INITIAL 90‑DAY OBJECTIVES

During the first 90 days, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Finalise the commercial presentation for the selected villa collection.
• Build a qualified database of potential buyers, investors and agents.
• Identify suitable marketing and sales partners.
• Establish the CRM and enquiry‑follow‑up process.
• Prepare and execute the first content and social‑media campaign.
• Prepare a weekly report showing leads, meetings, follow‑ups and opportunities.
• Assist with identifying potential land opportunities that fit the villa concept.
• Provide clear weekly reporting directly to the Director.
