XL Smart career in Indonesia seeks a results-driven Sales Promoter Performance Manager to optimize promoter deployment across channels, boost product visibility and drive customer advocacy.

You will determine regional headcounts, monitor targets, coach underperformers, and ensure promoters are equipped with selling skills and brand knowledge, while coordinating with third-party agencies for recruitment quality.

Responsabilidades

• Determine optimal headcount of promoters for each region and outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promoter force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promoters are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promoters execute advocacy processes, sales campaigns, new product offerings, and merchandising standards.
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
