XL Smart career in Indonesia seeks a Manager of Promoter Performance to optimize the deployment and effectiveness of sales promotors across channels. You will set headcounts, monitor progress, and drive productivity to boost sales and brand visibility.

You will coach promotors on selling skills, engagement, and product knowledge, oversee advocacy programs and campaigns, and manage relationships with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments and sustained performance.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
