XL Smart career in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee the performance of sales promotors across channels. You will deploy resources effectively, develop capabilities, and track productivity to drive sales growth and brand visibility.

You will determine optimal promoter headcount by region and retail outlet, monitor daily to monthly targets, coach underperformers, and ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills and product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
