Responsibilities

• Process customer promotion claims accurately and timely per policies.
• Reconcile customer deductions with supporting documents and records.
• Verify claim submissions for accuracy and compliance with agreements and policies.
• Maintain organized filing of claim documents for audit/compliance.
• Prepare periodic reports on claim processing status, outstanding deductions, and aging.
