Job summary

Allure Industries, a leading aluminum systems manufacturer in Indonesia, seeks a Project Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in construction and development projects. You will build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and architects, and convert opportunities into orders.

Responsibilities include presenting products, preparing quotations, negotiating, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking pipeline.

Qualifications

Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project sales, construction, building materials, or B2B sales.
Familiarity with aluminum systems, windows, doors, facade, or architectural products is an advantage.
Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach new project leads including developers, contractors, consultants, and architects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in construction projects.
Present company products and aluminum system solutions in a professional, persuasive, and consultative manner.
Prepare and submit quotations and proposals; coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
Report sales activities, pipeline progress, and closing performance to management.
