Job summary
Hitachi Energy is seeking a senior Quality Manager to lead the Project Quality Management System and drive quality assurance across all project phases in our Jakarta operations. You will interface with customers on quality matters, ensure compliance with standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
The role requires extensive experience in engineering/procurement/construction environments, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and solid proficiency with quality documentation and audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in an Engineering/Procurement/Construction project environment.
- Experience in power, energy, renewable, or data center sectors preferred; 10 years experience considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; lead auditor certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead project quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary customer interface for project quality matters.
- Drive a strong quality culture and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project quality audits.
- Manage KPIs: NCRs, CCRPs, COPQ, and lessons learned.
