Job summary

StickEarn, Jakarta, is seeking a Project Operations professional to support client projects. You will be the primary contact for client communications and ensure timely project delivery, coordinating across internal teams and monitoring milestones.

Under the direction of Customer Success team, Project Operations will be responsible to support client projects. This includes planning, be the first point of contact for client, ensure the implementation will be done in a timely manner, and escalat any issues to the respective team.
