Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a Project Operations professional to support client projects under the Customer Success team in a hybrid Jakarta office. You will coordinate timelines, serve as main client contact, and ensure timely implementation.

Under the direction of Customer Success team, Project Operations will be responsible to support client projects. This includes planning, be the first point of contact for client, ensure the implementation will be done in a timely manner, and escape any issues to the respective team.
