Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a Project Operations professional to serve as the primary liaison for client communications and manage project timelines. You will coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely execution, elevate issues, and maintain high service levels in a dynamic AdTech environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a basic understanding of project management and strong communication skills are essential.

Under the direction of Customer Success team, Project Operationswill be responsible to support client projects. This includes planning, be the first point of contact for client, ensure the implementation will be done in a timely manner, and elevate any issues to the respective team.
